Start each day with a filling, nutritious meal. Walking is one of the best forms of activity to incorporate into your daily routine, and the benefits are endless. But, exercise doesn't have to be stressful. Whether it's to a stranger or people you know and love, giving back doesn't have to be complicated. Keep a gratitude list on your phone or jot down something in a small journal every day.
